Resource Panelized Homes has been working with Owners/Builders as a "One Stop shopping" resource for designing blueprints, engineering, construction materials, information and financing to build their own home.

Our system produces "panelized" components to make building your home easier and more cost effective. From a weather tight structure to an entire interior package of materials Resource will allow you to customize your package to meet your needs.  In addition we have developed a financing program which allows you to both acquire land as well as build your dream home without the burden of payments during the process.  Our programs offer more flexibility than is typically available to Owner/Builders from conventional sources. 

Resource Panelized Homes provides the blueprints, budgeting assistance, materials, coordination and financing for Owner/Builders.  Our experienced staff of Job Coordinator’s will help with every aspect of your project to make sure your home is constructed with excellence as you would expect.
